Mini Splits for A/C:
You may adjust the A/C to your comfort level. Remotes are kept by TV and operate every mini split a/c unit in your Guest Suite. *DO NOT TURN A/C LOWER THAN 65 (it freezes up the system)

TV Instructions:
1- Turn tv on/off with Roku Remote control
2-To switch between inputs, press the tv input on the Golden West remote control, push the input button until the cable box is selected. Or, push the home button on the Roku remote, this will bring you to the main screen. Select “cable box” on the app and input screen.

Fireplace:
Fireplace remote is by the stove. Please turn off when not in use.

Stove:
Light stove burners with lighter provided (left 2 burners not working out of 4), griddle and oven light by turning knobs

Courtyard Grill:
Go to propane by back street. Turn knob on top of propane tank in line with pipe. Grill will now have gas to it. ***Be sure and turn off gas after each use! There is a lighter provided for starting stove.

Parking:
Park anywhere in front, on the side or in back parking lot. If you have a trailer or RV, you may park in the gravel lot, just notify us through Airbnb so we know who that vehicle belongs to.

Hallway/Library Door:
Keep hallway door locked at all times, as the Library on main level has communal access
(all room doors should also be kept locked at all times for privacy)

Back Gates to Courtyard:
Courtyard use is for the Main Level only. We recommend you keep the courtyard gates locked at all times, for your privacy.

Front Door:
UNLOCK: Check if it is already unlocked! If not, push code while pulling door toward you
(You may enter south balcony from back, fire escape stairs-same code as front door)
LOCK: Hold top button 3 seconds
*Please keep front , red door locked at all times

Guest Suite Door Locks:
UNLOCK: Push code then top button to unlock.
LOCK: Hold top button 3 seconds to lock.  

Trash:
Please take your trash out upon departure.
(located on back street by parking)

Other:
No Smoking or Vaping on premises
No Pets (service animals only, they must be registered at time of booking)

Soaking at Moccasin Springs:
You may Soak anytime during the day of your night stay or, the morning of check out. For the most convenient access, we highly recommend you check in during odd hours; 9am, 11am, 1am, 3pm, 5pm, for your 2 hour soak (to avoid the main check in lines)
Go to Moccasin Springs front desk and show them the receipt of your stay on your phone.
*Moccasin Springs front desk staff will provide your 2 hour soak pass and towel.

Moccasin Springs is CLOSED on Monday and Tuesday =NO ACCESS
